When planning your asbestos removal, it is important to follow the guidelines relating to your State and Local Council regulations. 

Residential Properties 
When planning to remove asbestos contaminated products from your residential property all we need to know from you is the length and height of each wall to be removed or length and width, if removing a roof.   

We will ask you a series of other questions and then provide you with a verbal and/or written quotation.  Some of the questions will be:

• Is the roof flat or pitched?
• How far off the ground is the roof?
• Is the property vacant or occupied?
• Is there easy access to the removal location?
• Is there power and water to the property?
• Is there clear access to all walls?
  
  

We require not less than five (5) working days notice to enable us to submit the necessary documents to the relevant Government departments (depending on which State the project is for).  There is an emergency 24 hour notification should your asbestos material be under 10m² or damaged and in a dangerous condition.  We can discuss this with you at the time of your enquiry.
