To ensure that your project complies with the legal aspects we are required to submit documentation to the Work Safe Department closest to your site.  This is only necessary if your project is greater than 10 square metres.

Work Safe requires not less than five (5) working days notice and the documents need to be lodged by our Company.

If your project is urgent, we can discuss with you the ways of submitting a ‘special circumstances’ lodgement.  This can be done for a 24 hour emergency submission.

This document will enable Work Safe to visit your project to inspect our removal process to ensure that we are complying with all of the Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
